I think #3 is going to be the same for a while. I need to Smile, but quit trying to control everything! You’re not going to make things perfect, you’re making things WORSE!
I want to be awesome, #3 will get me there. I need to pay more attention to it.
I’m not Buddhist, but…
I am reminding myself that the ability to be in the same room with someone you’d rather not be. Is harder, says more about you, than avoiding them.

My personal shit has been weighing on my all week. I am refusing to let it cloud my day today, IT’S FRIDAY! A break is coming!
